Miami Mold Rescue connects homeowners and renters with independent, Florida-licensed mold assessors and remediators. We are not a mold remediation company. Service availability, pricing, and timing are determined by the licensed professional.

When you submit a request form, we collect:

- The type of mold assessment and remediation problem and any details you describe
When you call the phone line, the call may be recorded or its details logged (caller number, time, duration, and the provider it was routed to) for routing, quality, and billing purposes.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. It collects:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or search engine
- Browser type and screen size
- General geographic location (city level)
Google Analytics processes this data on Google's servers under Google's privacy policy; IP addresses are not stored. We do not use the data for advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Language Preferences and Unfinished Forms
We read your browser's preferred language to offer an optional English or Spanish page suggestion. If you choose a language or dismiss the suggestion, we remember that choice in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear the site's stored data. We do not automatically redirect you.
When you switch languages while completing the request form, we temporarily keep your name, phone number, selected service, and message in this tab's session storage. The saved copy is removed when the destination form reads it; unused copies expire after 10 minutes and are discarded when read. Session storage is cleared when the tab's session ends. These entries are not sent to a provider until you submit the form.
How We Use and Share Your Information
- To route your call or request to an independent local mold assessor or remediator so they can contact you
- To confirm that a request was delivered and, where applicable, to record it for billing between us and the provider or the network that routes the call
- To improve this website and the phone line experience
Your contact details are shared with the provider or call-routing partner that handles your request. Once shared, that provider's own privacy practices apply to their use of your information. We do not sell your personal information.
